Nightlife is very active in the area; a nearby nightclub can cause noise until the early hours, especially on weekend nights. The location is excellent for car-free travellers, but no parking is available on site.

Room sizes are very compact - the double rooms have only a bed and a small bedside table, with limited hanging or storage space. Bathrooms are small; the shower cubicle is tight and the bathroom door may not open fully. Some units have a tiled floor. Soundproofing is limited, and noise from the adjacent nightclub and street can be heard, particularly in rooms numbered 3 and 4. The area is generally quiet for sleeping after the club closes, but light sleepers should request an interior-facing room if available.

No breakfast is available at the guest house. The immediate area is packed with tapas bars, traditional Spanish restaurants, and casual eateries - all within a 300-500 metre radius. Examples include Taberna Mas Al Sur, Museo del Jamon, Casa Luciano, and Tinto y Tapas, all within 0.3-0.5 km. A shared lounge area with a water dispenser is available in the entrance hall. Guests requiring a full breakfast or a sit-down meal will find ample choice on the streets around Atocha and the Barrio de las Letras.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported as fast and reliable.
