The immediate area is residential and quiet at night, but well-served by taxis and public transport. Paid public parking is available at Königstadt-Carree underground car park on Otto-Braun-Straße, about 5-7 minutes on foot. The hotel's location is especially practical for solo travellers or women travelling alone, who have described the neighbourhood as safe and well-connected.

All rooms are individually styled with Art Deco furniture and warm wooden floors. The standard double room has a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed - beds cannot be split into singles. Bathrooms are fitted with either a rain shower, a walk-in shower, or a bathtub with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms include a sideboard with a safe; all are soundproofed and have heating. The suite categories add a separate living area with a sofa bed and, in the larger suites, an open-plan kitchen. Notably, the ground-floor suites have their own street entrance. Rooms on the first and second floors are accessible only by stairs - no lift is available.
