Noise travels easily between rooms due to thin walls, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. An air-conditioning unit is available in some rooms. Shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly and are well maintained, with shower gel and hair dryer provided.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast facility. However, the immediate neighbourhood is well supplied with cafés, bakeries, and Asian restaurants (Asia Tiger, Merhaba, My Anh) all within a five-minute walk, plus a supermarket and a coffee shop near the tram stop. For a wider selection, Alexanderplatz is a 15-minute walk and has numerous dining options. The lack of in-house dining means guests plan their own meals, which suits self-sufficient travellers.
