The property sits in a historical building overlooking Milan Thermal Baths. Porta Romana Metro Station is 100 metres away, and a tram stop is directly outside, making the Duomo reachable in about 10 minutes. The city centre is a 30-minute walk. For those arriving from Linate Airport, a taxi takes 15 minutes, a bus 30 minutes. The Mangiagalli clinic, Maggiore hospital, and Gaetano Pini hospital are all a 15-minute walk away, and the Expo 2015 Exhibition Centre is 17 km from the hotel. The neighbourhood offers numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies within a short walk.

Rooms are individually equipped with air conditioning, heating, a minibar, safe, and free Wi-Fi. All feature a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. Room sizes are compact; the smallest have the bed occupying most of the floor space. Some bathrooms have low or angled ceilings and the shower can be very small. The property can accommodate families thanks to family rooms that offer separate sleeping areas for children.
