The area is pedestrianised and traffic-free, making it very quiet at night, though the surrounding streets are extremely narrow - arriving by taxi is strongly recommended if you are not using on-site parking. Seville Airport is 10 km away (20 minutes by taxi), while the nearest public parking for larger vehicles is a 5-minute walk at Interparking Cano y Cueto (€25/day).

All units are air-conditioned and feature soundproof walls, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries. Bed sizes and room layouts vary from studios (sleeping 2, 1 bathroom) to three-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 6, with 2 full bathrooms).
