Around the corner, a supermarket and multiple restaurants within 0.5 km make self-catering and dining-out equally convenient. The area is safe and well-lit at night, and the location is particularly practical for those arriving by train or attending events at the Fortezza.

Rooms are available as singles, doubles, or family configurations, all on the first floor. Each unit includes soundproof walls, a private bathroom with shower and bidet, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, and a wardrobe. Some rooms offer an inner courtyard view, which contributes to a notably quiet environment even though the hotel is central. Double rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds and pillows; single rooms are compact but well-equipped. Daily housekeeping is standard, with fresh towels provided. No rooms have a balcony.
