The hotel sits between Opéra Garnier and Gare du Nord (home of Eurostar and Thalys), just off Rue Lafayette. The metro (line 7, Cadet station) is a 3-minute walk, and Gare du Nord is about 10 minutes on foot. The Grands Boulevards are 5 minutes away, and Galeries Lafayette is a 15-minute stroll. Many cafés, restaurants, and bakeries surround the hotel. The area is quiet yet well-connected, making the location suitable for both business and leisure travellers. Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 10-minute metro ride from Gare du Nord.

Rooms are individually decorated in a contemporary, chic style. All include air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, a TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with either a bath or shower. Family rooms are available as two connecting rooms (each with its own bathroom) - ideal for groups. Some rooms on the 5th floor offer a small balcony with a street view. Rooms are generally well-sized for central Paris, though some may feel compact for three adults. The minibar may be empty; the electric kettle is useful for tea and coffee. Noise from the street and neighbouring rooms can be audible, but the window frames provide good isolation. Blackout curtains help with sleep.

Each morning a buffet breakfast is served, including bread, pastries, meat, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, freshly squeezed juices, and hot drinks.
