Ottaviano metro station (Line A) is about a minute away, giving direct access to Termini and Spanish Steps. St. Peter's Basilica, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, and many Prati shopping streets and restaurants are all within a 15- to 20-minute stroll. Fiumicino Airport: take the express train to Termini, then metro to Ottaviano. By car from Fiumicino, follow the Aurelia to Viale delle Mura Vaticane onto Via Germanico (about 45 minutes). The surrounding area is safe and calm at night, with a 24-hour store in the next building.

The hotel offers twin, double, triple, and single rooms. Twin rooms have two single beds; double rooms have one double bed (sometimes two single beds pushed together). All rooms include a private bathroom with shower and bidet, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a TV, a wardrobe, and a small fridge. Air conditioning is available only in twin, triple, and standard double rooms - economy doubles and singles lack it. Rooms generally face an inner courtyard, providing some natural light but no balcony or terrace. Some rooms have limited space, especially bathrooms. The property is older, and individual rooms can vary widely in condition, so requesting a recently upgraded room may improve the experience. Windows may not close fully in some rooms, which can affect noise and temperature control.
