Trevi Fountain is within a 10-minute walk, Piazza Venezia and the Spanish Steps are around 15 minutes on foot, and the Colosseum and Roman Forum are 20-25 minutes away. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops within 300 metres. The Vatican is about 20-25 minutes by foot, or a short tram/metro ride. Rome Ciampino Airport is 16 km away; the host can arrange a paid shuttle for around €70. All main attractions can be reached easily on foot.

The apartments are located on the first floor and offer good space for families or groups. Soundproofed windows and inner courtyard views keep the rooms quiet even with the bustling piazza outside. Each apartment includes air conditioning (two separate units in larger apartments), a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware, plus a tea and coffee maker. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure and free toiletries. Beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Some apartments have a sofa bed or trundle bed, and living areas include a seating area, dining table, and flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is no washing machine. The welcome package often includes water, wine, and snacks.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Dozens of dining options are right outside the door - restaurants like Hostaria de' Pastini, La Sagrestia, and Pizzeria Minerva are all within 300 metres. The host can provide restaurant recommendations if needed.
