The hotel sits in a central yet quiet street adjacent to the main train station, offering direct rail and bus links across Turin and to the airport. The historic centre, including Piazza San Carlo and the Royal Palace, is easily reachable on foot within 15 minutes. Numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés are clustered within a 300-metre radius, and the area is well-served by trams and metro. For drivers, paid off-site parking is available but must be reserved in advance.

Accommodation options include double, twin, triple, and family rooms (the latter with a double bed and sofa bed). Rooms are equipped with a safe, electric kettle, and free toiletries. While some areas retain an older style, a number of renovated rooms offer a more modern feel. Rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, while those on the street side may pick up outside noise. All rooms come with a private bathroom-most with a bidet-and some include a bathtub. For a better experience, consider requesting a room on a higher floor or a recently updated room.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cereal, and hot drinks, with a rotating selection typical of a three-star property. The spread is adequate for a short stay, though those wanting more variety can find numerous cafés and bakeries within a short walk. In-room breakfast is available.
