The hotel's central position means most major landmarks are within a short walk: Seville Cathedral and the Reales Alcázares are about 10 minutes away on foot, and the Setas de Sevilla is approximately 5 minutes away. The real advantage is the immediate surroundings - El Corte Inglés, Confiteria la Campana, Cocome and Patio San Eloy are 0.5 km away, and a wide range of tapas bars and restaurants line the nearby streets. An Aldi supermarket is next to the hotel. A taxi rank is located directly outside, and a hop-on-hop-off bus stop is very close. The Plaza de Armas bus station is a 10-minute walk, from which a €5 bus runs to the airport.

The hotel offers single and double rooms, all with a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer. A safe can be provided on request. Standard double rooms have two single beds. The defining characteristic across all room categories is the very compact dimensions - the bed occupies most of the space in the main alcove, making movement tight. Some rooms face the street and can be noisy from outside, while interior-facing rooms have windows opening onto a small dark courtyard or a light shaft; these rooms are very quiet but extremely dark with poor ventilation. A few rooms have a small patio door leading to a tiny windowless courtyard shared with other rooms. Mattress quality is inconsistent, with some beds being comfortable and others noticeably worn. The bathrooms are modern but compact, and the shower pressure is generally fine. Daily cleaning is provided, and towels are changed each day.

The breakfast is a continental buffet for 8 EUR per person. It is served in a basement room that some may find unpleasant. Drinks and snacks are available from vending machines on the ground floor. No restaurant or bar operates on the property, but the surrounding streets are filled with tapas bars, restaurants and cafés - Bodega Dos de Mayo and Perro Viejo Tapas are just 0.5 km away. An Aldi supermarket is adjacent to the hotel, making it easy to pick up supplies.

Leisure facilities are limited. The property does not have a swimming pool, spa or fitness centre. Outdoor furniture is provided for relaxation, and a shared lounge/TV area is available. Walking tours can be booked at an extra cost.
