Public transport is available via bus routes 25, 28 and 60, with a stop within a few minutes' walk, providing a 40-minute ride to the central Stalingrad area. For those on foot, the city centre is a 45-minute walk along the river, crossing the Pont de Pierre bridge. The location is also within walking distance of the Bordeaux Arena concert venue. Due to its position in an industrial estate, walking around the immediate area after dark is not recommended, especially for solo travellers. Free, secure, gated parking is available, making the hotel practical for those arriving by car for a stopover or city trip.

Rooms are available with private or shared bathroom options. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, a sink with a mirror, air conditioning, soundproof walls and heating. The rooms are very small, with limited space for luggage and only a couple of hooks for hanging clothes. Some rooms have a larger window with a view.
