The hotel sits in the lively Pigneto area, well-connected to central Rome by public transport. Pigneto Metro (Line C) is a 3-minute walk away, providing a direct 15-minute ride to Termini Station and about 20 minutes to the Colosseum. Tram lines 5 and 14 and nearby bus stops also link to the centre. The historic centre is a 45-minute walk or a short metro ride. The neighbourhood itself offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and bars along Via del Pigneto - a pedestrian-friendly area with a local, non-touristy atmosphere. A grocery store is located directly outside the hotel.

Rooms feature parquet floors, a work desk, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, free toiletries, and slippers. A fridge is provided in each room. Room sizes range from compact singles to family triples; many are described as spacious. Sound insulation is limited - thin walls mean that traffic, street activity, and neighbouring rooms can be audible, especially from road-facing rooms. Some rooms retain a faint smoke odour. The decor is older and basic rather than modern, but cleaning is carried out daily. Beds are firm; pillows are also on the harder side. Ask for a kettle at reception.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. However, the neighbourhood is filled with dining options just steps away: Necci dal 1924 (0.5 km) for historic café dining, Dar Parucca for Roman pasta dishes, Panico Creative Bread for breakfast and bakery items, and Vitaminas 24 for lighter meals and groceries are all within a 5-minute walk. Several cafés serve excellent coffee and pastries in the morning. No free drinking water or bottled water is provided in the room.

There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, or gym. Leisure facilities are limited to a small terrace and, in select rooms, a balcony overlooking an internal garden. The Pigneto neighbourhood itself serves as an extension - a pedestrian area with a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants, and street life that is popular with locals.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A 24-hour front desk means late check-in is possible. Luggage storage is offered for arrivals before check-in or departures after check-out. A paid airport shuttle costs €65. Meeting/banquet facilities and fax/photocopying are available at an additional charge. Cleaning service operates daily.
