AZCAPRI VILLA BOUTIQUE & SPA, Cancun

The property is a 5-minute drive from Cancún International Airport and about 15-20 minutes from the first beaches. It is near Universidad Anahuac Cancun (4 km) and Cancun Convention Center (20 km). The location is secluded and quiet, surrounded by nature and a horse camp next door. A car is recommended-free on-site parking is available-and the area is not walkable for most services. The setting is peaceful, with roosters and dogs audible at night, and the property itself is set back from road traffic.

Room types include double rooms (1 bed), twin rooms (2 beds), quadruple rooms (4 beds), and a villa with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. All units feature air conditioning, a seating area, a desk, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes kitchenware and a coffee machine. Rooms open onto a terrace with garden or quiet street views. The property is older but clean and practical; rooms are spacious and basic in style. Beds are comfortable, and the grounds are well-maintained. Some rooms face a horse camp, where early morning noises are possible; rooms away from the road are quieter.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar. Each room has a kitchenette with cookware and utensils, suitable for preparing simple meals. An outdoor shared kitchen offers free instant coffee and tea. Bottled water is provided on arrival. For breakfast or other meals, the surrounding area has a few dining options-a 5-minute bike ride leads to a local spot with breakfast tacos and orange juice. Bikes are available on site. There is no fridge, TV, or snacks for sale, so planning meals in advance is recommended.

The property features a stunning private cenote and a year-round outdoor swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers. The on-site spa (Staygold Spa) offers wellness packages, a flotarium, and treatments such as magnesium soaks-booking at least 2 hours in advance is required. The spa was temporarily closed for maintenance at one point, so confirm availability in advance. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the outdoor seating areas are designed for relaxation. Bikes and kayaks are available for guests to use during their stay.

Free private parking is available on site without reservation. High-speed WiFi is free and fast (58 Mbps), suitable for streaming 4K content and video calls. The property has meeting/banquet facilities, a designated smoking area, and is non-smoking throughout. Safety features include CCTV, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; luggage storage is available. The owner can arrange airport transfer by taxi (approximately 300-650 pesos one way). The spa is available for an additional charge. Bikes and kayaks are provided free of charge. There is no store, TV, or fridge in rooms, and no daily housekeeping unless requested.
