Location

In the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by Jean Talon Market, restaurants, bakeries, and cafés, with metro and bus access within walking distance.
Hotel Laurence sits right in the middle of Little Italy, a neighbourhood known for its vibrant food scene and community feel. The famous Jean Talon Market is just a short walk away, alongside numerous cafés, pizzerias, and restaurants. The apartment offers a balcony overlooking the lively street, while units facing the back alley provide a quieter alternative. The area is safe, walkable, and well served by public transport: bus and metro stops are within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to explore Montreal without a car. Montreal-Trudeau International Airport is 12 km away, and IGA Stadium is an 18-minute walk from the property.

Accommodation

Bright, spacious apartments with a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and comfortable beds.
Accommodation consists of either a one-bedroom apartment (1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 beds) or a two-bedroom deluxe apartment (1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 3 beds). Each apartment features a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a dining area, a TV with streaming services, free toiletries, ironing facilities, and a high chair for children. Living rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the apartments are kept clean. The building has a lift, and units at the back are notably quiet.

Dining

A fully equipped kitchen for in-room cooking, plus a wealth of nearby dining options in Little Italy.
Each apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making self-catering easy. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding Little Italy area offers an exceptional variety of restaurants, bakeries, and cafés within a short walk, including Impasto, Bottega, Caffe Epoca, Gema Pizzeria, Corneli, Caffe San Simeon, Bar Sportivo, and Inferno, all between 0.3 and 0.5 km away. No on-site restaurant or breakfast service is provided.

Leisure

An ice-skating rink is available in the surroundings for outdoor recreation.
Local leisure options include an ice-skating rink in the vicinity, offering seasonal outdoor activity. The property itself does not have a pool, gym, or spa, but the vibrant neighbourhood and nearby Jean Talon Market provide plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring.
