The S-Bahn station Reeperbahn is a 1-2 minute walk, providing direct service to Hamburg Central Station and the airport via the S1 line. St. Pauli Piers (Landungsbrücken) and the U-Bahn station St. Pauli are also within a 600-700-metre walk. The area is dense with bars, clubs, eateries, and entertainment, yet some rear-facing rooms and rooms on upper floors can be relatively quiet. The hotel's proximity to the Reeperbahn makes it ideal for partygoers and concert visitors, but the surrounding streets can be dirty and very noisy, especially on weekends.

Accommodation includes single, double, and triple rooms. Each room has parquet flooring, heating, a desk, and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a balcony, which can be requested. The bathrooms are compact, with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Soundproofing is present, but noise from hallways, neighbouring rooms, and street-level clubs can still be noticeable. Rooms on the 4th floor (no elevator) may be particularly warm in summer as there is no air conditioning. Room condition varies: some have modern furnishings and are very clean, while others show wear, with stained bedding, dusty hair dryers, or mould in the bathroom. The double room contains one double bed.

There is no restaurant or breakfast offering at the hotel. A vending machine provides drinks. The surrounding St. Pauli area has a wide variety of dining options, from fast food (Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger Heroes) to bars and cafés within 300 metres. A breakfast buffet is available at a hotel opposite for a reasonable price. Some rooms have a kettle with tea and coffee.

The hotel does not have a spa, wellness centre, swimming pool, or fitness facilities. Leisure options rely entirely on the location's proximity to the Reeperbahn nightlife, harbour areas, and cultural venues such as the Deichtorhallen and the Elbphilharmonie, all reachable by public transport or on foot.

Services include 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and a vending machine for drinks. The hotel has security features such as CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and key card access.
