HOTEL XX SETTEMBRE, Rome

The hotel sits within walking distance of Villa Borghese and Sapienza University. Termini station provides direct rail connections to both Ciampino and Fiumicino airports, as well as metro lines A and B. The Colosseum can also be reached on foot. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants, bakeries, and a fresh produce market within a few minutes' walk. While Termini is a busy transport hub, rooms facing the courtyard offer a quiet retreat. A tram stop outside the door provides another convenient travel option without a car.

Each room includes a work desk, safety deposit box, and free toiletries. Many rooms feature a hairdryer, kettle, and minibar. The property has been recently renovated, though room sizes and conditions can differ. Some rooms are compact with limited storage and lower lighting, while others are more spacious and quiet, particularly those facing the courtyard. Soundproofing between rooms can be minimal. It is advisable to request a courtyard-facing room for peace. One child under 3 stays free in an existing bed; a cot is available for 20 EUR per night. Extra beds cannot be added.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant or bar. Breakfast at the partner hotel offers warm dishes, fresh pastries, cheese, fruits, and juice. The short walk to the sister hotel is convenient and allows guests to choose from a variety of breakfast items. For other meals, the surrounding Termini area has a wide selection of restaurants, from casual trattorias to pizzerias, all within a few blocks. Additionally, the hotel offers free cooking and culture classes as an alternative way to experience local cuisine.

Guests can join complimentary activities such as guided walking tours of Rome, cooking classes (held off-site), and street food tours. These are designed to help explore the city with local insights. There are no on-site wellness facilities like a pool or gym, but the central location makes it easy to visit parks and attractions on foot. The hotel also provides free walking tours and classes about local culture as part of the stay.
