The accommodation offers studio layouts with one, two or three beds (including queen-size options and sofa beds). Some rooms are spacious and can accommodate a family of five to six; others are very compact with minimal floor space around the bed. Views are often of a brick wall or a busy street, and windows may not open. Air conditioning and heating are available, but some units have only a small heater that struggles to maintain warmth in cold weather. Soundproofing is inconsistent - noise from extractor fans, neighbouring apartments, and street traffic is common. Cleanliness at arrival has varied; some units have been reported with dust, uncleaned surfaces, and insufficient towels or bedding.
