IMPERIAL VICTORIA SQUARE LONDON STUDIOS, London

Imperial Victoria Square sits in a peaceful courtyard just off the main thoroughfare, yet it is an 8-minute walk to Buckingham Palace, a 3-minute walk to Victoria Underground Station, and within 400 metres of Victoria Train Station and coach services. St James's Park is 1 km away, with Westminster Abbey (1 km) and Big Ben (2 km) also within walking distance. The surrounding streets hold numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. This central position means most major landmarks and theatres are reachable on foot or by a short ride. London City Airport is 17 km away; Heathrow is accessible via the Piccadilly line from Victoria Station.

The property comprises six bedrooms, of which four have en-suite bathrooms and two share a bathroom. All rooms include a washing machine, private entrance, tea and coffee making facilities, a wardrobe, heating, a TV, and a fan. Two rooms feature a separate living area, and one room has a patio. Some rooms are located in the basement and have glass sliding doors rather than a solid wall, resulting in reduced soundproofing and light seepage from the corridor. Rooms with garden views are available. Bedding configurations are double beds only (no twin rooms). The property can accommodate families: family rooms are available, and a cot can be provided. The shared bathroom is cleaned daily. Some rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious, while others have older carpets, worn furniture, and may feel cold or draughty in winter.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service, but the shared kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, cookware, and utensils. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sometimes snacks are provided for use in the kitchen. For those wishing to eat out, the immediate area around Victoria Station has a wide selection of dining options including pub food, noodle houses, cafes, and takeaways, all within a few minutes' walk. The shared kitchen makes it easy to prepare simple meals or heat up takeaway food.

This is a self-catering apartment-style property focused on practical accommodation rather than leisure facilities. There is no on-site pool, spa, sauna, or gym. However, St James's Park is 1 km away, providing a pleasant green space for jogging, walking, or relaxing. Boating is also available in the surrounding area.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. The property features a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A shared kitchen with full equipment is available. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are provided in the rooms (some rooms have heated bathroom floors). Security includes 24-hour CCTV in common areas and outside the property, plus smoke alarms. Check-in is fully self-service via digital codes; instructions are sent by the host before arrival. There is no reception desk, and customer service is handled by phone or messaging during office hours. The front door requires a code and a specific opening manoeuvre, which can be challenging in bad weather. The property does not offer luggage storage, and guests may need to use a commercial locker facility nearby.
