The tram (line T1) stop is just a few minutes' walk, making the trip to Santa Maria Novella station and the historic centre fast and car-free. For everyday errands, a Conad supermarket is a 4-5 minute walk, and a Coop supermarket is within 200 metres. A handful of restaurants, a gelateria, and cafés are within 0.5 km, providing solid local dining options without needing to travel far. The location is rated highly for its walkability for daily needs and its quick public-transport access to the main sights.

This spacious 60-70 m2 apartment sleeps four comfortably with two separate bedrooms and one bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and storing food, and includes a washing machine, making longer stays convenient. The living room opens onto a terrace and a balcony with garden views. Air conditioning and heating are installed in all rooms, and the interiors are described as clean, bright, and modern, with renovated kitchen and bathroom finishes. The bedroom area is noted for very comfortable beds and good ventilation from a courtyard-facing window. The apartment is on a lower ground level from the street side but opens to a quiet courtyard. Road-facing rooms are not an issue here due to the residential setting, and the unit is generally quiet.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals, and several supermarkets (Conad, Coop) are within 5 minutes on foot for groceries. For eating out, options include Fratelli Briganti, Gelateria Acquolina, Bar Pasticceria Caldana, Street Food Pizza, Ristorante Alborada, and others all about 0.5 km away. For those arriving by tram, the city-centre restaurants are another 5-15 minutes away. The property provides coffee, tea, and water on arrival, and the host shares local restaurant recommendations.

Activities available through the property or nearby include bike tours, walking tours, and tours or classes about local culture, each for an additional charge. For self-guided leisure, the apartment's location provides easy access to a public tram that connects to Florence's historic centre and its museums, galleries, and parks. The property itself does not have a pool, spa, or gym, but the air-conditioned apartment and quiet garden-view balcony offer a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.
