Hua Lamphong MRT station is a 5-minute walk, giving direct access to the city's blue line and connections to major attractions like MBK Center and Siam Paragon. Chinatown is a 15-minute walk. A 7-Eleven is 200 metres away on the main road. The area is local and quiet at night, with taxis sometimes reluctant to enter the alley, so using the MRT or walking to the main road is more practical.

Rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and hairdryer. Private rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available, as are family rooms (with shared bathroom or private bathroom) and dormitory beds. Some dorm beds have privacy curtains and a reading light. The property is on the 4th floor via stairs only. Some rooms have large windows; others may lack windows and require attention to hygiene. Housekeeping is on request. The atmosphere is quiet and suitable for budget travellers needing a simple base.

The hostel has no breakfast service or restaurant. Guests can use a microwave, kettle, and water dispenser on the ground floor. There is a common area on the second floor. A variety of eateries are within a 5-minute walk, including local Thai, noodle, and coffee spots. Chinatown is a 15-minute walk, offering many dining options. Free bananas and water are sometimes available from the reception.

The hostel provides a sun terrace on the roof or an upper floor, where clothes can also be hung to dry after laundry. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre.
