The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (one of which can be separated into singles) and a living area with a single bed. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower. The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all cookware, plus a washing machine. The property is on an upper floor with a lift (access starts from a small landing above ground level). The apartment has peaceful ventilation and good natural light, and the quiet condominium building helps ensure a restful stay. There is no balcony. Air conditioning and heating are provided.

Breakfast is not served at the property, but the kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a shared kitchen option, making self-catering easy. Nearby dining options within a 5-minute walk include Fariniamo San Pietro, The Old Cottage, Panificio Fornaci, I Quattro Mori, and Alternativo Drink&Food, as well as a Senzafiamma Raw Food Restaurant and Cresci slightly farther. The host provides local restaurant recommendations and a welcome gift of treats and cake.

No wellness or leisure facilities are available at the apartment. The primary leisure advantage is the immediate proximity to Vatican City, St Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican Museums, all within a 10-minute walk. The rest of central Rome is easily accessible by bus or metro.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Air conditioning and heating are included at no extra charge. The property has a shared lounge/TV area and a shared kitchen. A paid airport shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off) can be arranged after booking, and a paid shuttle service is also available for local trips. Luggage storage is possible via Radical Storage, with a partner point very close to the apartment; this is useful for early arrivals before check-in. The host may accommodate early check-in or late check-out by request, but this is not guaranteed. An invoice is provided for business travellers. The building has a lift and key access for security.
