INTERNO 9 A SAN PIETRO, Rome

The property sits in a quiet, safe residential area with a bus stop directly outside and a train station just a few minutes' walk away. Ottaviano Metro station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct routes across Rome. The neighbourhood has a supermarket opposite, a pharmacy below the apartment, and numerous restaurants and cafes within a 2- to 5-minute walk. The dome of St. Peter's Basilica is visible from the main street just steps away. Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km away. This location is ideal for walking to the Vatican and for using public transport to reach Termini station and Civitavecchia cruise port.

Accommodation options include studios with 1 bed and suites/apartments with up to 2 separate bedrooms (with closed doors) and 4 beds. Every unit has air conditioning, soundproof walls, a washing machine, a private bathroom with shower and bidet, and a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Private balconies are available in select units, offering garden views and outdoor drying space (some with a spacious balcony and drying rack). The interior is modern and clean, with comfortable beds, blackout shutters, and tiled or parquet floors. Some units include a seating area and a flat-screen TV. This is a good fit for couples, families, and longer stays.

Each apartment has a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (in the larger apartment), kettle, and tea/coffee maker. A supermarket is directly across the street for groceries, and a minimarket is on-site. Numerous restaurants and cafes are within a 2- to 5-minute walk, including La Cupola Cafe at 0.5 km, Pasticceria Riccomi at 0.5 km, and several Italian and international options. There is no restaurant or breakfast service on the property, so self-catering or dining in the surrounding neighbourhood is the standard approach.

Wi-Fi is available free throughout the property. A lift serves the building, making upper-floor access easier. Express check-in/out is offered, and the host provides assistance via WhatsApp, including late check-in arrangements. A minimarket and a hairdresser/beautician are on-site. Security features include key access, CCTV outside, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a free safety deposit box. Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the apartment and a nearby self-service launderette. The property is non-smoking throughout with designated smoking areas outside.
