The apartments are located directly next to the entrance of the Real Alcázar and across the street from Seville Cathedral and the Giralda tower. All major historic sites, restaurants, and tapas bars are within a short walking distance. The area is pedestrian-friendly but narrow streets mean driving is impractical; parking is available at a nearby garage for €23 per day. Public transport includes bus routes to the airport, and the 24-hour reception at Hotel Murillo is a 5-minute walk away.

Each apartment is a large, air-conditioned space with three large windows offering excellent views. The living area features a designer sofa (most have a sofa bed), a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, minibar with complimentary drinks, coffee maker, and a microwave (no oven). Bedrooms have king-size beds that can be split into twins on request, and all beds are fitted with comfortable mattresses. The private bathroom includes a hydro-massage shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Apartments are soundproofed, quiet despite the central location, and daily housekeeping ensures a hotel-like standard of cleanliness.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at the apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave) for preparing simple meals. The minibar is stocked daily with complimentary water, soft drinks, beer, and coffee, and fresh fruit is also provided. Numerous cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk, offering a wide range of dining options. A vending machine for drinks is available on site.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Daily housekeeping includes cleaning, towel changes, and restocking of the minibar and amenities. Luggage storage is available free of charge at both the apartment building and the nearby Hotel Murillo reception. The lift requires a key card to access the apartment floor, providing a high level of security.
