IZZZI LIFE MINT HOLIDAY HOME APARTMENTS, Dubai

The property sits in a peaceful neighbourhood within JVC, a short drive from Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road for easy access to Dubai's main thoroughfares. The nearest metro station is a 20-25 minute drive, with no direct walking route available; therefore, a car or taxi is recommended for exploring the city. Mall of the Emirates is 11 km away, Dubai Autodrome 12 km, and major landmarks such as Burj Al Arab Tower and The Walk at JBR are within a short drive. A Carrefour hypermarket is located across the street, and a small mall with a pub (McCafferty's) is nearby. The area is undergoing some construction, and traffic can be heavy during morning hours, so allow extra travel time when heading out.

Breakfast orders are taken the evening prior and delivered from 08:30-09:00 depending on the request. Options include continental-style meals (e.g., croissant with eggs, toast, yogurt), though the croissant can become soggy when packed in the same container as the egg. Portions are small and served in paper containers. For those who prefer to self-cater, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals. The nearest supermarket (Carrefour) is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and food delivery apps are widely used. A vending machine provides basic snacks and drinks, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby (sometimes unreliable). A small bar exists at McCafferty's Pub in the nearby mall.

The outdoor pool is open all year with operating hours 09:00-21:00. The water temperature is warm and the pool area is generally clean, though the surrounding surface can become very hot under direct sunlight. The gym is small, with only a few machines (some reported as not fully functional). Additional leisure facilities include a rooftop terrace with a cinema and BBQ area (though the rooftop cinema availability is not guaranteed as per some reports), a children's play area (sometimes blocked), and board games/puzzles. The property organises free events such as live music, movie nights, and sports activities, often on weekends. Bike rentals are also available at no charge.
