This makes car-free transit to Ibn Battuta Mall (15 minutes by metro) or Dubai city centre practical. Expo Dubai is a 15-20 minute drive. The immediate surroundings are not pedestrian-friendly for exploration; there are few nearby shops or attractions. A car or taxi is recommended for most errands. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed, making this a practical base for those driving between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Rooms are simply furnished and designed for short, practical stays - bed linens, housekeeping, and Wi-Fi are included, plus complimentary mineral water on arrival. The standard double room suits one or two people; no extra bed is available. Note that windows in some rooms cannot be opened, and the interior-window variant can feel airless. The rooms are small, with limited surface space - no desk, chair, or storage shelves. Power sockets are located away from the bedside, and no USB ports are provided. No kettle, refrigerator, or iron is in the room (ironing facilities are available on request). The bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries, and an emergency cord.

The restaurant (Eat & Stay Multi cuisine Restaurant) is open around the clock, offering a menu that includes grilled items, Indo-Asian favourites, and a lunch buffet for 30 AED.
