JEAN, Nice

This central Nice location places you on the main shopping avenue, a short walk to Plage Beau Rivage and 1 km from Castle Hill. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km away, reachable by tram or taxi. The building itself is older, but the immediate area is lively with many restaurants and shops within a 300-metre radius. For car-free trips, the tram stop nearby offers easy access to the airport and the rest of the city.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The well-equipped kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The flat offers city views, parquet floors, soundproofed walls, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The property is older and the interior shows wear; the sofa bed is less comfortable and some kitchen equipment is minimal or worn. Bed linen and towels are provided, but not shampoo, shower gel, or coffee. The beds have duvets and pillows.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, making it suitable for basic self-catering. There is a dining table. Nearby dining options include L'ybane Bar Restaurant, Casa Nissa, and My Gaufre, all within 300 metres. Note that the kitchen may lack some utensils and is not fully stocked for extensive cooking.

The property offers a lift for upper-floor access, soundproofed rooms, and a 24-hour front desk. Check-in is autonomous using a key code provided before arrival. Luggage storage can be left at the property from 12:30 on arrival day; for late departure, paid luggage storage is available in town. No parking is on site; the nearest public parking is 150 metres away at Parking Masséna or Parking Nice Étoile. The apartment has a washing machine and ironing facilities.
