JIRAPONG APARTMENT, Bangkok

The property is situated in a quiet, local neighbourhood on the northern edge of Bangkok, offering a more authentic experience of daily life in the city. A 2-minute walk leads to a 7-Eleven, local food vendors, and a bus stop. The BTS Pink Line provides a direct, affordable connection to Central Ramindra (1 stop), and intersects with other metro lines for reaching central areas like Siam Paragon (25 km) or Chatuchak Weekend Market (15 km). While the location is far from the tourist centre, the transport link makes it a practical choice for visitors wanting to avoid the city's traffic. Lumpinee Stadium and ONE Lumpinee are within walking distance.

The apartment features a large, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a seating area, and a work desk. The private bathroom includes a shower and toilet with hot water. A flat-screen TV with cable channels (including English-language options) is provided, along with a refrigerator and a large wardrobe. The balcony is a practical space for hanging laundry, protected by a mosquito screen door. Rooms are noted for being very clean and quiet at night, with good air conditioning performance. The unit is designed for one or two people on a short stay; for two, the space is adequate but more suited to a compact visit. Bathroom supplies are limited to soap, toilet paper, and two towels, so guests needing additional toiletries should bring their own.

The property does not provide breakfast or a dining facility. The surrounding local neighbourhood has a number of small Thai restaurants, food stalls outside the 7-Eleven, and a bigger supermarket (Big C) accessible via the BTS Pink Line. The host can provide guidance on nearby dining options. For those wanting to eat in, the refrigerator can store snacks, but no cooking is allowed in the unit.

Leisure options are simple: guests can relax in the shared garden or on the terrace. There is a coin-operated washing machine downstairs (20-30 Baht per load) for laundry needs. The surrounding area is quiet and green, suitable for walking, and local Thai boxing matches at Lumpinee Stadium are within walking distance. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.
