The hostel sits on a lively square directly beside the Setas de Sevilla, putting the city's main sights within easy walking distance. The Cathedral and Giralda Tower are just 600 metres away, and the Alcázar is about a 10-minute walk. Surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. For airport access, the main bus stop from the airport is about a 20-minute walk, with bus and taxi alternatives available. Public transport is not essential for sightseeing, but the area is very walkable. Car-free access is recommended because parking is not available onsite, though free parking is possible on the broad Avenida Torneo if you are willing to search. At night, the concentration of bars and restaurants means significant street noise, especially in rooms facing the plaza.

Rooms are compact, especially the dormitories, which can feel cramped with 6 to 8 beds. Each dorm bed comes with a locker, reading light, and a plug. There are no curtains on the bunks, so privacy is limited. Top bunks are high and the metal bed frames creak with movement, which can be disruptive in a shared room. The air conditioning is effective but some have noted the room temperature can be uneven. Private rooms have twin beds that can be joined to form a double. All rooms have a private en-suite bathroom, which is a notable convenience for a hostel, but bathrooms are small and the drain may emit odours. Some rooms have views directly onto the Setas plaza, which is beautiful at night but also the noisiest.

The rooftop is the main leisure area, featuring a small plunge pool with a shallow end and a sun terrace. The pool is seasonal and may not be heated; it serves as a refreshing retreat in the Andalusian heat. Sun loungers are limited but the terrace has seating and bar service during opening hours. Yoga classes are offered as a wellness option. The hostel organises free walking tours in the morning and afternoon, plus a flamenco show in the evenings and pub crawls at night, all of which provide a social dimension.
