HOSTAL ROMA, Seville

The property is on a quiet backstreet, yet within a minute's walk of bars, restaurants, and shops. The bus station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct airport bus access. Most historic attractions, including the Giralda and Alcázar, are reachable on foot within 15-20 minutes. The location is ideal for sightseeing without a car, though paid parking is available nearby for those driving. The area is lively yet the immediate street remains peaceful.

Room sizes vary; many are compact. Ground-floor rooms often have windows opening onto the reception area, limiting privacy and natural light - these rooms also tend to be noisier. Upper-floor rooms are generally quieter but may become hot if air conditioning is insufficient. Beds are comfortable for a budget stay, though some mattresses use plastic protectors that can be noisy. Daily housekeeping includes clean towels and sheets. No rooms have balconies. Families can book rooms with extra beds, and children up to 12 stay free in existing beds. Some bathrooms have had plumbing odors, and soundproofing is minimal.

For meals, numerous cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants are within a 1-5 minute walk, including La Brunilda, La Sureña, and others. Breakfast is available at nearby cafés. The property does not offer on-site dining, so plan meals outside or use the vending machine for light snacks. The central location makes finding dining options easy, with a wide variety of cuisines nearby.

The 24-hour front desk offers concierge and tour desk services. Daily housekeeping is free. Laundry service is available at an additional charge. The property has a lift, safety deposit boxes, and CCTV for security. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. Car hire can be arranged. Business facilities are limited to fax/photocopying for a fee. Accessible parking and street parking are available. Rooms are non-smoking, though enforcement of smoking rules has been inconsistent.
