Senju Shrine is less than 1 km away, Yokoyama Family House a 10-minute walk, and Niji Park is 1 km from the property. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 27 km distant. The area offers an authentic local experience away from the busiest tourist districts.

Rooms are approximately 12 m2 and include a work desk, seating area, and heating. The family room features traditional tatami flooring and a washbasin, offering extra space for groups or families. Dormitory beds are available for solo travellers. All bathrooms are shared: there is one shower and one toilet per floor, which are clean and well-maintained, with good water pressure. Sound carries between rooms, so light sleepers may prefer ear plugs (available on site for 120 yen). Luggage storage room is ample even for larger suitcases. A shared kitchen with microwave and fridge is accessible for self-catering.

The traditional design of the guesthouse itself - with tatami, shoji, and wood finishes - contributes to a calm, authentic atmosphere.
