KIMI RESIDENCE, Cannes

The residence sits in a quiet residential area, about 20-30 minutes on foot from La Croisette and the city centre. Public buses stop nearby, and the train station is under 2 km away for direct rail access along the French Riviera. The property also offers a shuttle service to Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes-Mandelieu airports on request, though availability must be confirmed in advance. This location suits travellers who want a calm base with easy car or bus access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Each unit includes a refrigerator, microwave (except one single room), coffee maker, kettle, cookware and dining utensils. Some apartments have a balcony. Beds are described as comfortable and units are generally clean, though some rooms can feel compact, especially the single room at 9 m2. The single units lack a separate wardrobe area, and some bathrooms are small or have shower fittings requiring care. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from slamming doors. Recent updates have improved several rooms, but some older fittings (boilers, shower doors, induction hobs) have been reported as non-functional. Rooms with garden-view terraces offer the quietest stay.

The kitchenette in each studio or apartment includes a refrigerator, microwave, hob, cookware, plates, cutlery, coffee maker and kettle, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A supermarket is within walking distance for groceries. For dining out, Pizza Jean Jean and Bellitalia are both 0.5 km away, and Un Service Presque Parfait is 1 km away. The property does not serve breakfast, lunch or dinner, so self-catering or local restaurants are the standard options.

Leisure is primarily outdoor and self-directed. The garden has a sun terrace, picnic tables and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing or eating outside in warmer months. The property does not have a pool, spa or gym. For active leisure, guests can cycle, hike, play golf within 3 km, or use water sports facilities on site (additional charge). Off-site activities include canoeing, diving, fishing, horse riding and windsurfing, all at additional cost.

Parking is free and on site with no reservation needed, including accessible spaces. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The property offers express check-in/out, private check-in/out and luggage storage. Security features include key card access, key access, 24-hour security, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. The residence is wheelchair accessible with ground-floor accommodation, raised toilets, grab rails, a lower bathroom sink and an emergency cord in the bathroom. Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking throughout. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard.
