The central location makes it easy to explore Cannes on foot, with everything from dining to nightlife right on the doorstep. For those arriving by car, no parking is available at the property, but paid public parking can be found in the area.

The apartments include a living area with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, and cookware - ideal for self-catering.
