The property is in the White Sands Village complex, directly across from White Sands Beach Park, a popular local beach. Kailua-Kona town center is about 10 minutes away by car. The Kona International Airport (KOA) is 19 km away, a 25-30 minute drive. For trips into town, a free local trolley/bus can be hailed from the end of the driveway. The area is quiet, with no street noise, and the building has an elevator. A supermarket is a 10-minute drive, and Magic's Beach Grill is a short walk across the street.

Each room features a private bathroom, a queen bed, a sitting area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. Select rooms include a barbecue on a private terrace.
