Location

In the heart of Nice, 200 m from the old city and a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The guesthouse is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 200 m from the old city. The tram stop at Durandy is 5 minutes away, providing a direct 30-minute connection from the airport. Nice's main train station is a 15-minute walk. The location is car-unfriendly as no parking is available, but the tram and central pedestrian access make it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport.

Accommodation

Dormitory rooms with privacy curtains and a double room with a private external bathroom.

Dormitory rooms feature bunk beds with privacy curtains, reading lights, electrical outlets, and a locker (a padlock is provided). Each bed also has a personal fan. The mixed dormitory includes a seating area. A double room is available with a private bathroom located outside the room and a shared toilet. All rooms have air conditioning. The property has no elevator, and there are no rooms with a balcony. Some rooms are female-only.

Dining

Free continental breakfast and self-service kitchen facilities with complimentary tea and coffee.

A continental breakfast is included and served from 8:00 to 10:00. The breakfast varies daily and typically includes bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and homemade cakes. Free coffee and tea are available all day in the shared living room, where you have shared access to a kettle, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. There is no restaurant on-site. Several dining options are within a 5-minute walk.

Leisure

Bicycle rental, billiards, and a garden with a terrace.

The guesthouse offers bicycle rental (with an additional charge) and free billiards. The property includes a garden, a sun terrace, and outdoor furniture. Board games are available, and the garden provides a quiet spot to relax away from the city centre.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, daily housekeeping, and laundry service for an additional fee.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and works well in the common room and balcony, but is less reliable in the garden. Luggage storage is free from 9:00 on check-in day until 18:00 on check-out day. Daily housekeeping is included. Laundry service is available for an additional charge. The property provides one towel per stay and a padlock for each locker. A tour desk can book excursions, and a shared lounge/TV area is available.
