The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so it may not suit those with limited mobility. It has carpeted floors, a portable air conditioner plus several fans, and noise is low thanks to the quiet street positioning. Beds are described as very comfortable, and the space is considered clean and cosy.

However, the apartment's central position means Old Town Square, the Municipal House, and Charles Bridge are within walking distance, providing ample opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, and cultural events. Board games are available in the apartment for quiet evenings in.
