The location is exceptionally central: the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados is a 6-minute walk away, Serranos Towers are around the corner, and the Turia Gardens are a 19-minute stroll. The surrounding streets are lined with tapas bars, restaurants, and cafés within 0.5 km. The Cathedral, Central Market, and González Martí Museum are all reachable on foot. For trips to the beach, a bus takes about half an hour; the nearest bus and metro stops are also close. Despite the abundance of nearby nightlife, the street itself remains quiet at night.

The apartment has one separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to three or four people. The bathroom is private with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchenette is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, plus cooking utensils and tableware. A washing machine with a drying function is provided, along with thoughtful supplies such as coffee, olive oil, and washing capsules. The living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a work desk. Large windows make the apartment very bright, and the street is quiet with good soundproofing, so road noise is not an issue. A ceiling fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in the living room keep the space comfortable in warmer weather. Note that the building has no lift, so apartments on higher floors involve narrow stairs.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. However, the kitchenette is fully stocked for meal preparation (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator) and grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Within a two-minute walk there are at least seven restaurants and tapas bars - including El Árbol directly on the square below, and many others on surrounding streets. For morning coffee or evening drinks, the immediate area offers bars, a lively square with terraces, and a well-regarded tapas bar right next door.
