LA SUITE TOURNY, Bordeaux

Set on a quiet street in the real heart of Bordeaux, it is surrounded by boutique shops and restaurants. CAPC Musee d'Art Contemporain is less than 1 km away, and Bordeaux Cathedral is a 13-minute walk. Bordeaux-Merignac Airport is 10 km from the property. The nearest tram stop is 5 minutes on foot, providing easy access to the city centre and main attractions without a car. The street itself is calm, so the location balances urban convenience with peaceful rest.

The well-designed layout makes efficient use of space, with parquet floors, soundproofed rooms, and a flat-screen TV with streaming capability (Netflix and other apps). The bedroom features a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. The living area has a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. The apartment stays warm in cooler months and benefits from air conditioning in warmer weather. The ground-floor location means no stairs, which is convenient for those with mobility needs or luggage.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils. This setup is ideal for preparing simple meals or breakfast. Numerous dining options are nearby, including Baud et Millet (0.5 km), Restaurant Le M (0.5 km), Nama (0.5 km), Mifan (0.5 km), and Bistro Mimi (0.5 km). The apartment does not offer an on-site restaurant or breakfast service, making the kitchenette and the surrounding dining scene practical alternatives.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. The central location compensates by placing guests within walking distance of Bordeaux's attractions, museums, and parks, such as Esplanade des Quinconces and the Jardin Public, which provide outdoor leisure options.
