The apartment sits in a safe, local neighbourhood with a supermarket and bakery across the street, a pizzeria downstairs, and numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk.

The apartment features a living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, and a washing machine. The private terrace is a highlight - spacious, green, and furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. The unit has parquet floors, soundproof walls, a private entrance, heating, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. City views add to the atmosphere.
