The apartment sits in the Monti district, one of Rome's most central and lively neighbourhoods. Cavour Metro Station (line B) is a 5-minute walk, Colosseo Metro Station is 400 m away, and the Colosseum is 800 m from the door. Trevi Fountain is 1 km, Pantheon and Spanish Steps are within a 2 km walk, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and cafés - at least seven eateries are within 0.5 km. The location is excellent for walking the city's main sights, but the street (with a bar and outdoor restaurant directly below the bedroom) and thin walls mean significant noise from both neighbours and the street day and night.

The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and basic equipment, though the kitchen is very small and impractical for serious cooking. The bedroom has no door to the living area, offering limited privacy. Natural light is minimal - the interior is dark even during the day. Noise insulation is virtually absent; street noise from the bar below and sound from neighbouring apartments carry loudly. Air conditioning is present but often unreliable; heating may struggle with humidity. Bedding quality is noted as mediocre. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe, and free WiFi. Beds: 1 double (or two singles depending on setup) plus a sofa bed. Linens for the sofa bed may not be provided even when requested.

The kitchenette is fitted with a refrigerator but is very small and minimally equipped - sufficient for storing cold drinks and light snacks but not for cooking full meals.
