Tenerife South Airport is 18 km away; a taxi is the most direct transfer. The sea and promenade are roughly a 10-15 minute walk, with Playa Fañabe, Playa del Duque and central Costa Adeje also reachable in about 15 minutes. A bus stop sits right outside, supermarkets including a Mercadona are within a few minutes on foot, and Colon Port is a short walk away. Golf del Sur and Parque Santiago 6 Shopping Centre are within easy reach, while the residential setting stays quiet despite being close to restaurants, bars and nightlife.
