The L1 tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away, with trams running every 5 minutes directly to the city centre, Old Town, and the Promenade des Anglais, making a car-free visit straightforward. Riquier train station is a 10-minute walk, perfect for day trips along the coast. The immediate area has a Carrefour Express and a bakery opposite, plus several fast-casual dining options within 0.5 km. For drivers, the private on-site parking garage (€12/day, reservation required) is a practical asset. The Nice Marina is a 20-minute walk, and the Modern Art Museum is about 24 minutes away on foot. Access from Nice Airport is easy via tram (line 2 then line 1) or bus/taxi.
