ESATITUDE HOTEL, Nice

The hotel is situated in a calm residential district, 200 m from the L1 tram stop (Virgile Barel), which reaches the city centre in about 10-15 minutes and the beach in about 20 minutes. Nice Riquier railway station (Monaco trains) is a 15-minute walk. A bus stop is just outside the hotel for the port area. Several restaurants, a supermarket (open until 23:00), and a central bus station are within a 5-10-minute walk. The beach is a 30-45-minute walk, or a 20-minute tram ride. The Cimiez neighbourhood with the Henri Matisse Museum and Cemenelum Ruins is a short walk away.

Rooms at Esatitude Hotel are described as spacious and clean, with contemporary décor. All include a private furnished terrace or balcony (often with hill or mountain views), air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea/coffee supplies, and a private bathroom. Some junior suites include a separate living room and two TVs. The property offers family rooms and soundproofed rooms. Pockets of noise from the main road have been noted; rooms facing away from the street are quieter. The beds are generally comfortable, and bathrooms are clean though some fixtures appear dated. Rooms are cleaned daily. No fridge, minibar, ironing board or in-room safe is standard; these can be requested from reception.

Breakfast is a continental buffet offered at €13/person (sometimes €12), including eggs (scrambled or omelette), bacon, pastries, bread, fruit, cereals, pancakes, and hot drinks. The breakfast room is bright, with an outdoor terrace option. The on-site restaurant, Le 03, is open weekdays for lunch (12:00-14:00) offering traditional and regional French cuisine with a terrace. Dinner is available by pre-order (pizza, hamburger). There is no bar; wine/champagne is available at the restaurant. A supermarket 7 minutes' walk away is open until 23:00 for self-catering supplies.

The hotel does not have a spa, wellness centre, swimming pool, or fitness room. Leisure is limited to the furnished terrace and balcony spaces. The nearby Cimiez neighbourhood offers parks, the Henri Matisse Museum, and Roman ruins for cultural walks.
