Studios feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, and a private entrance. The duplex studio is the largest and sits on the first floor but has stairs inside to reach the bedroom; the deluxe studio is on the third floor and also includes a sofa bed. Some units have a small courtyard. Windows are single-glazed, so street noise from Irving Street can be significant; light sleepers may prefer a higher floor. No air conditioning is provided - a fan is supplied, and windows must be kept open in warm weather, further exposing rooms to outside noise.
