LES COCONS EMERAUDE ET FLEURI, Lyon

The apartment sits in a quiet residential street. The metro connects to the city centre in three stops, and the Part-Dieu station is also within walking distance-handy for regional trains. Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport is 26 km away; using the metro to Part-Dieu then a train is the most practical car-free option. Several restaurants-Au Tandem, Victoria Hall, Mama Restaurant Lyon-are within a 5-minute walk, and mini-markets are open until late evening. Parking is extremely limited and expensive on the street (around 55 EUR/day), so arriving without a car or using a nearby public car park is advised.

The apartment sleeps two people across a separate bedroom (1 double bed) and a living room with a dining area, flat-screen TV, and streaming services (including Netflix). The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware-suitable for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Soundproof walls and double-glazed windows keep the interior quiet. No air conditioning is available; the apartment can become warm in summer, and opening windows is the only ventilation option. The decor is described as neat and well-maintained, though some fittings show wear. The bed is firm, and the sofa bed (if used) is not a proper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic cookware-ideal for preparing simple meals. A welcome message provides a starter pack (two coffee pods, a small selection of tea). For dining out, there are eight restaurants within a 500-metre walk, including Au Tandem, 27 Madeleine, Creperie La Blanche Hermine, and Mama Restaurant Lyon. Mini-markets nearby sell groceries, but most close by 11 PM. The property does not offer breakfast, so you will need to buy your own provisions.
