LIMEHOME BARCELONA CARRER DE BESALU 90 - ESTANCIA TEMPORAL, Barcelona

The apartments sit in a calm, local neighbourhood away from tourist crowds, yet the Navas metro station (line L1) is just a five-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre, Sagrada Familia (2 km), and Barcelona El Prat Airport (16 km). A full-size supermarket is within a short walk, as are several bars, restaurants, and a laundry. For longer distances, the metro connects efficiently, and street parking is absent - public transport or ride-hailing is the practical choice.

Each apartment is new, spotless, and decorated exactly as shown in the photos. Units range from one-bedroom with a large terrace (ground floor) to two-bedroom layouts with balconies. All feature a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and cookware), a washing machine, and a private shower room with free toiletries. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed, ample storage, blackout curtains, and no street noise - ideal for light sleepers. The living room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining table, and a workspace. Air conditioning and heating work effectively. The large terrace or tiny balcony depends on floor choice; ground-floor units offer the biggest outdoor space.

The apartment is equipped for preparing all meals, with quality cookware, a dishwasher, and a quiet fridge. A well-stocked supermarket is five minutes away. For those wanting a meal out, options such as Bar Restaurante la Llama (0.5 km), Vivari (0.5 km), and De Cupe (0.5 km) offer local dining, and additional restaurants including A'canota and Alchemika Tapas are within a 0.5 km walk. The residential area has a few cafés and a laundry service nearby.

The property does not have a pool, gym, spa, or garden. For outdoor recreation, boating is possible in the surrounding area. The quiet neighbourhood and nearby metro station make it easy to reach Barcelona's beaches, parks, and cultural sites.

Free 5G Wi-Fi works reliably for streaming and video calls. Check-in and check-out are fully automated via an express system; a support team is reachable by WhatsApp and email if needed. For week-long or longer stays, a weekly cleaning service is included. The building has a lift, CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. No parking, pets, or smoking are allowed. Luggage storage is not offered, but early check-in is sometimes possible via the digital system.
