APARTMENTS SATA PARK GUELL AREA, Barcelona

The apartments are set in a peaceful neighbourhood with an excellent location score of 9.3. Lesseps Metro Station (L3) is just a 2-minute walk away, providing direct access to Plaza Catalunya in 4 stops and the vibrant city centre in about 10 minutes. The area is well served by buses and is within walking distance of Park Güell, several supermarkets, bakeries, and a range of restaurants. Despite being close to a main boulevard, the apartment building remains quiet. For airport transfers, a paid shuttle service can be arranged directly after booking.

Each apartment features an open-plan lounge-diner with a double sofa bed and a kitchen unit with cookware, utensils, a washing machine, dryer, and tea and coffee facilities. Bedrooms include comfortable beds with quality linens, and the bathroom is private (1 bathroom per apartment). The living area has air conditioning, while bedrooms do not - though the 48 m2 layout typically keeps the whole unit cool. Apartments come with a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, parquet flooring, and heating. Noise insulation is good, and the limited number of apartments per floor ensures a quiet stay. Note that there is no balcony; a rooftop common area with free coffee is available instead.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or breakfast option. However, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a washing machine/dryer, and tea and coffee facilities, making it straightforward to prepare meals. Several bakeries and a 24-hour convenience store are across the street, and a variety of restaurants and bars are within a short walk for dining out.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Reception staff are available to provide maps, local advice, and assist with taxi bookings. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged after booking. Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. The building has a lift, and a sun terrace on the roof offers a common area with free capsule coffee.
