The apartments are contemporary in style and come in studio (1 bed) and one-bedroom (2 beds) configurations. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and a coffee machine. Living areas feature a seating area, dining table, sofa (some with sofa bed), flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries. All apartments are air-conditioned and heated, and have a washing machine and ironing facilities. Some units offer a private terrace or patio, while all guests have access to the roof terrace. Soundproofing is generally very effective, but rooms facing the main road may still pick up some traffic noise. The units are cleaned thoroughly before arrival, and bed linens are changed every 3 days. Additional towels are provided, but note that only one set is supplied per stay.

The kitchenettes include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and all necessary cookware. Basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and dishwasher tablets are provided at check-in, which is helpful for short stays. A Lidl supermarket and other grocery shops are within a 2-3 minute walk. Numerous bars and restaurants, including Taplato, Constanza, El Obrador Pasta Fresca, Verdetariano Healthy Food and Bar Hiniesta, are located 0.3-0.5 km from the building, offering a variety of cuisines. There is no restaurant on-site, so self-catering is the primary meal option.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open until 21:00, making it possible to use after a day of sightseeing. The same terrace also serves as a roof terrace with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing. Sun loungers and beach chairs are available. The pool area has a fence for safety. During summer, the pool is a practical way to cool off in Seville's heat.
