LIMEHOME VALENCIA CARRER DEL PARE PALAU I QUER, Valencia

The property is set in a lively, ordinary neighbourhood with good access to the city. Valencia Airport is 8 km away. The Church of Saint Nicolás is a 15-minute walk, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados is 1 km, and Turia Gardens is 2 km. Several bus stops are 4 minutes away, and Valenbisi bike rental is nearby, making car-free exploration straightforward. The area has a supermarket, restaurants, and a Lidl within a few minutes' walk. Taxis are easy to flag down for longer trips to the beach, aquarium, or further destinations. The immediate street can sometimes feel a bit deteriorated.

Studios are approximately 34 m2 and come in layouts with one or two beds (a double bed plus a sofa bed). Each studio includes air conditioning, heating, a seating area with flat-screen TV, a work desk, and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and cookware. Some units feature a rooftop pool view, others have windows facing an internal lightwell - if brightness is important, consider this when selecting a room. The property has non-smoking rooms throughout, but sound insulation is limited: internal noise from hallways, neighbouring apartments, and street-level activity can be audible, especially on lower floors. The sofa bed may feel less comfortable for some, and the bathroom has limited storage hooks. The overall build and furniture are modern, but maintenance issues (broken shower doors, leaking seals, faulty appliances) have been occasionally noted in use.

Each studio has a full kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and all cookware, making self-catering easy. A selection of complementary tea, coffee, oil, salt, and pepper is provided. Several restaurants are within a short walk: Tapla, Granier, Los Girasoles, La Sai, Bar-Restaurante Del Este (all 0.5 km), and La Crida Forn, Nou Barcelona (0.5 km). Breakfast is not available at the property, so guests either cook their own or visit nearby cafés and bakeries.

The outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop and is free of charge. It is described as small (more for a quick dip than for swimming), but it provides a refreshing option after a hot day. The surrounding terrace has plenty of seating, tables, and chairs. The pool area can become crowded at times, and there is no shade cover. The pool water can sometimes be less clean, and maintenance of the surrounding area (chairs, flooring) has been inconsistent. The lift is needed to access the rooftop, so if the lift is out of service, the pool becomes inaccessible.
