The hostel is about 40 minutes on foot from the city centre and 30 minutes from the beach via public transport. The nearby Nou d'Octubre metro station connects to both the airport and the city centre in approximately 20 minutes, and several bus stops are right outside. The Turia park is adjacent, providing a pleasant route for walking or cycling into the city. The area is safe, and there are several bars, restaurants, and a 24-hour shop-café within a 500-metre radius, though the immediate vicinity is relatively calm and not a major nightlife hub. The location is ideal for travellers prioritising airport access, park proximity, and a quieter base over central bustling streets.

Each pod is a wood-framed capsule with a comfortable single bed, fresh linen, a towel, and a control panel inside to operate the light and electric curtain. The curtain system ensures privacy but can be noisy when raised or lowered. The pods have limited ventilation - closing the curtain traps heat, especially during hot weather, leading to an uncomfortable sleeping temperature; the communal areas are cooler. Some pods have a small fan available. The mattresses are firm, and the pillows have been described as hard. The pods are generally quiet and well insulated from street noise, but internal noise from other guests (conversations, curtain operation, beeping of lockers) can be an issue. A large under-bed locker is provided for luggage and is secured with the same wristband used for the pod. The bathrooms are separate, modern, and include Japanese toilets, spacious showers with shampoo/body wash dispensers, and a hairdryer. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful, with most guests adhering to a low-noise policy in the dormitories.

The hostel provides a communal kitchen with a fridge, kettle, and basic cookware, useful for preparing simple meals. There is no paid breakfast, restaurant, or bar on the property.
